We have had a communication problem, Salman Khurshid tells NDTV
As the UPA-II gets set to highlight its achievements on the occasion of its fourth anniversary, Union Minister Salman Khurshid has admitted that the government has had a communication problem. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Khurshid said perceptions are built on communication which will be high on the government's agenda next year.
