The man hunted by the police for his role in the recent caste clashes in Uttar Pradeshs Saharanpur was arrested this morning. Chandrasekhar, the underground founder of the -Bhim Army-, was tracked down by the police to Dalhousie, a hill resort in Himachal Pradesh. The UP police had declared a reward of Rs. 12,000 for any information that would lead to the arrest of the 30-year-old also known by the nickname -Ravan-. Chandrasekhar had said that he would surrender if 37 -innocent Dalits- were released.
