Under-Construction Flyover Collapses In Kerala

An under-construction flyover along National Highway 66 collapsed at Periya in the Kasaragod district of Kerala. One labour got injured in the incident. The bridge collapsed when the concrete work of the underpass was in progress. The construction was carried out by a private company. Member of Parliament from Kasaragod, Rajmohan Unnithan held a protest against the incident. Lok Sabha MP Rajmohan Unnithan said that the company should be blacklisted and a case has to be registered for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
