A study conducted by research fellow Charlotte Littlewood of the Henry Jackson Society claims that Hindu students in the UK are being subjected to bullying and racial discrimination. The author interviewed 988 Hindu parents and surveyed more than 1000 schools in the United Kingdom. 51 per cent of Hindu parents surveyed reported that their child had experienced anti-Hindu hate in schools, while less than one per cent of schools surveyed reported any anti-Hindu related incidents in the last five years. She says her research should help UK institutions introspect. But, Cambridge Professor Shruti Kapila says the think tank is neo-conservative and the research is trying to pit one minority vs the other.
