Trouble for Games as MCD lacks funds
More and more obstacles seem to be coming in the way of Delhi's preparation for the Commonwealth Games next year. Many projects have already been running behind schedule and now, those in charge of basic infrastructure like the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) say that they are short of cash once again.
