Tiger, which had killed three people near Ooty, shot dead
A tiger, which had allegedly killed three people near Ooty over the past two weeks, was shot dead by the forest officials today. When the elusive killer tiger was spotted at the tea gardens in the Kundachappai area today, twelve days after the first attack, forest officers reportedly cornered the big cat to a radius of 500 metres.
