Tiger scare near Ooty shuts 45 schools, massive hunt after woman killed
45 schools have been shut around the hill resort of Ooty in Tamil Nadu where a tiger has been on the prowl since yesterday. The tiger killed a woman yesterday in the forests close to the town and has since been spotted close to human dwellings, said District Collector P Shankar.
