Tiffany Brar, Disability Rights Advocate and Founder of Jyothirgamaya Foundation, emphasised the need for early interventions for women and children with disabilities. She proposed assigning resource teachers in government schools based on individual needs rather than following a clustered approach. Ms. Brar also stressed the importance of exclusive classes addressing reproductive health and menstrual hygiene for women with locomotive disability, autism, and other conditions.
