At NDTV's Indian of the Year Awards, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said that despite the many scams that have surfaced within the government, and the massive anti-corruption movement that India has retaliated with, 2011 has not been his government's most challenging year yet. Mr Mukherjee also answered whether his party's humiliating defeat in the Hisar election can be attributed to the Anna effect.
