More than a dozen people were killed and many injured after two terrorists in army uniform opened fire at a crowded market near Assam's Kokrajhar town. Security forces killed one terrorist but the rest escaped; BJP's state chief Vijay Rupani will be the next chief minister of Gujarat. Nitin Patel, who was sidely tipped to be chosen, will be deputy chief minister; the sight of gun-toting terrorists at public rallies have become the fresh cause of concern in Kashmir Valley.
