Teacher in Bihar assaults kindergarten boy
Teacher of a private school in Sitamarhi brutally assaulted a kindergarten boy for allegedly stealing a book. Shubham merely picked up a book lying on the floor and put it on the bench and the teacher gave him 26 lashes with a sheesham stick.
