Facing a severe setback following the exit of AIADMK from NDA, Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai today broke his silence and asked his party to work hard to strengthen the party in the state and take on the ruling DMK ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. While the AIADMK has reiterated its exit from the NDA, the state BJP is still waiting for the central leadership's advice on its strategy in the state where it has a negligible presence.
