Surat Girl Helps Cancer Patients By Donating Hair, Urges Students To Do Same

A 16-year-old Surat girl named Rusha Patel has started a campaign through which she has decided to donate her hair to the victims of cancer. She has also raised awareness and has urged students to do the same to express solidarity towards the victims. Rusha told ANI that a year ago, she read an item in the media that stated that those who wish to help cancer patients might donate their hair. Speaking further, she stated that with the assistance of her parents, she contacted a trust in Mumbai, which helped her vision become a reality.
