"Supporting Wrestlers, But Shielding Lyricist": Singer Slams MK Stalin

In the backdrop of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin accusing the BJP of shielding party MP Brij Bhushan despite the protest by wrestlers, singer Chinmayi Sripada has hit out at those close to Mr Stalin for allegedly shielding Tamil lyricist Vairamuthu, against whom several women have made allegations of sexual harrasment during the #MeToo movement. The issue was picked by the Tamil Nadu BJP, which accused the DMK of double standards.
