Supertech Declared Bankrupt By Tribunal, Homebuyers Left In The Lurch

Real estate developer Supertech was declared bankrupt by the National Company Law Tribunal on Friday in a move that could have an effect on 25,000 home buyers. People who bought homes from them are crossing their fingers that this will lead to some accountability for the developers who have left a myriad of projects unfinished.
