Angry that the Saharanpur police had forced them to cut short the Ambedkar Jayanti procession when led to violence in Sadak Dudhali village on Thursday, BJP lawmaker Raghav Lakhanpal reached the district's Senior Superintendent of Police Love Kumar's house. In a short speech, the fuming 40-yearold Lok Sabha member targeted him. He said their procession was stopped "because the Captaan is naalayak (worthless). Now this Captaan will be removed from here. A new Captaan will come and the new Captaan will get our procession to pass through, with planning".
