Should Govt, courts censor websites?

Hacker group Anonymous on Tuesday brought down for a few hours the websites of the Supreme Court and the Congress party reportedly in response to blocking of torrent sites like The Pirate Bay and Vimeo by Indian Internet Service Providers. However, the websites are back now.
