Narayanpatna is among the most active Red zones in Odisha where the police and security forces have been at war with the Maoists for last several years. And that has meant a complete breakdown of governance in this predominantly tribal area on the Andhra-Odisha border. NDTV visited a remote tribal village here to see how the on-going war has crippled primary education.
