Samajwadi Party's 'cycle of violence' continues, Dalit women, children beaten up

Samajwadi Party's victory celebrations have been dampened by reports of violence that have been emerging every day since the party was voted back to power. In Samajwadi Party (SP) stronghold Ballia district, five women and children from the Dalit community were allegedly assaulted by SP workers last night.
