Salman Rushdie blacked out, Jaipur pulls plug on video link

The Jaipur Literary Festival will end without any participation from writer Salman Rushdie. After security concerns forced the Booker Prize winner to cancel his scheduled appearance at the five-day event, today a video chat has also been called off by the organisers of the festival.
