"Pre-Planned Conspiracy Against Me", Alleges Gujrat MLA Jignesh Mevani
Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mevani today ripped into the Assam government and police for his arrest, alleging a " pre-planned conspiracy" to tarnish his image ahead of state elections later this year. Addressing a press conference, Mr Mevani questioned the manner of his arrest and also read out the bail order of the judge who raised several questions about the case against him.
