An amateur video posted online showed the winds picking up a vehicle parked at Camp Kinserm, an American Marine base on Japan's southern island of Okinawa.The footage, shot by US Marine Joseph M Nolan, shows a residents' car park being battered by strong winds and rain, and then gradually the winds get under a white vehicle on the far side of the car park hurtling it along the bays and eventually into a spectacular airborne spin.
