Addressing the nation during a commemorative function of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said the Constitution is not divisive, not meant for any particular religion, language or caste grouping. July 26 is celebrated as Kargil Vijay Diwas every year to commemorate India's victory over Pakistan in the 1999 Kargil conflict, and on this occasion the PM has sent out a strong message of inclusion.
