Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to the youth of Kashmir assuring them that they will not suffer the way their parents and grandparents had in the past as he inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of a slew of projects for the Union Territory. It was his first visit to Jammu after the region lost statehood.
