Heavy rains in Mumbai since last night have sent normal life for a toss. Commuters have been stranded on Sion railway station owing to non-movement of trains due to water logging. As per latest updates by Central railways, some trains have intermittently started running on the Harbour line. Although the state government declared a public holiday in city, some officegoer's have been waiting for trains to reach office. "I have to travel to Byculla, but there are no trains as the area block due to water. We have to go to work, no offs for us," a commuter said.
