Nuke deal may be signed next week

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is scheduled to arrive in New Delhi on Saturday, however, sources have told NDTV that the nuclear deal may not be signed due to apparent procedural hitches. US President George W Bush is yet to sign the bill into law.
