The popular hotel chain Saravana Bhavan has come under a cloud after the managing director of its overseas operations was arrested for an alleged US visa fraud. Saravana Bhavan is popular even in America. But if the charges of cheating and forgery are proved against Shivakumar, the head of the hotel chain's overseas operations, he may not be able to visit his restaurants in Califorinia, Georgia, New York and New Jersey.
