"I congratulate and express my gratitude to the Chief Minister. He has taken the initiative and tried to change the vatavaran (atmosphere) that was vitiating Bihar," said Vijay Kumar Sinha, who took oath as Deputy Chief Minister in Bihar. Countering Tejashwi Yadav's criticism that Mr Nitish Kumar is a "tired Chief Minister", Mr Sinha said "they tried to tire the Chief Minister out. They had no vision of their own".
