New visa agreement will be 'a historic move', Rehman Malik tells NDTV

On the eve of talks between the foreign ministers of India and Pakistan, the latter's Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that the liberalised visa agreement that is expected to be signed on Saturday would be a historic move that will allow more movement of people from either sides of the border.
