Deaths of sanitation workers while  manually cleaning sewers has not stopped  despite a Supreme Court-imposed ban.  In the last five years, 339 sanitation workers have died. In many cases, families continue to wait for sanitation. A report by NDTV's Ravish Ranjan Shukla.
