Mystery over missing lecturer intensifies

About two months after Kavita Chowdhury, a lecturer in Meerut's Chaudhury Charan Singh University went missing, Ravinder Pradhan, the main accused in the case, surrendered on Sunday. Kavita's family had filed a case on November 4, after they found the door of her hostel room locked and letters inside, naming two current and one former minister in the Uttar Pradesh government.
