Mumbai Police to Set Up Nirbhaya Squads to Prevent Crimes Against Women
The Mumbai Police have announced additional patrolling and more CCTV cameras to specifically prevent crimes against women. A 'Nirbhaya Squad' or special women's safety cell will be set up at every police station for the purpose. Young women and professionals spoke to NDTV saying more needs to be done to protect crimes against women.
