NDTV Exclusive: The Dharba division of the Communist Party of India-Maoists planned and launched a lethal attack in Chhatisgarh last May killing Congress leader and Salwa Judum founder Mahendra Karma, VC Shukla and Nand Kumar Patel. The attack was seen as one of the worst on the Indian state. The Maoists spoke to NDTV's Anchal Vohra, rubbished the steady increase in polling percentages in the state and said they think they are winning the war.
