Around 15 people, including two officials of the social welfare department, were arrested in UP for trying to embezzle funds earmarked for couples under the state government's community wedding scheme. The video of brides garlanding themselves blew whistle on the alleged scam to embezzle money allocated to couple who get married under this community wedding scheme.
