Lucknow's Eidgah To Make Special Arrangement For Women To Offer Ramzan Prayers

The Lucknow based Islamic Centre of India has announced that during Ramzan women will be able to offer Taraweeh prayers at Aishbagh Eidgah.Taraweeh prayers are special Muslim prayers involving reading long portions of the Quran. They are exclusive to the Sunni denomination of Islam. Earlier there were arrangements for women to offer the Eid Ul Fitr namaz but now they can also offer Taraweeh prayers at the Eidgah.
