Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was disrupted by 'Modi-Modi' chants during his speech at IP University in National Capital. Several BJP and AAP supporters indulged in the verbal brawl while the Delhi Chief Minister was addressing. "If education system had improved by raising such slogans," he said. With folded hands, the Delhi Chief Minister also urged people from 'both parties to listen to him for '5 minutes'.
