Lawless Delhi: two tycoons shot dead in four months

Two business tycoons of Delhi - Ponty Chadha and Deepak Bhardwaj - had connections to the same political party and were shot in broad daylight at their sprawling farmhouses. These instances bring to the fore front the issue of security for these business tycoons, with Delhi police saying that a rich and influential person is in a way responsible for his own security and should hire security officers of a certain caliber.
