KPS Gill, 'Supercop' Who Rooted Out Militancy From Punjab, Dies At 82

KPS Gill, the former Punjab top cop best known for crushing the Sikh militancy in the late eighties and early nineties, died at a hospital in Delhi on Friday after a sudden cardiac arrest due to cardiac arrhythmia. He was 82.
