Is it proper for a woman IAS officer to bring her child to a public function and address the gathering holding him in her arms? This is the question being debated online over Pathanamthitta district Collector Divya S Iyer bringing her son to the valedictory ceremony of a private film festival and delivering the speech with the three-and-a-half -year old child in her arms.
