The monsoons in Jawhar are bewitching. Located 145 kms from Mumbai, Jawhar is a less ventured monsoon destination. It turns into a natural paradise, especially with the onset of the rains. The Dabhosa waterfall gushing from nearly 600 feet is one of the highest waterfalls of the state. The drive through scenic paddy fields and ragi farms brings you to the Hiradpada waterfall. The water bodies of Jawhar have their own enchantment, and no trip to Jawahar is complete without a glimpse of its colourful tribal culture.
