Former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha speaks to NDTV on the legacy of Jaswant Singh, who died today at the age of 82. "I felt extremely inadequate in succeeding him in the external affairs ministry because there was no way I could match him in scholarship and understanding of all issues," Mr Sinha said.
