Israel killed more Palestinians in the past eight days than it did in 51 days back in 2014, said Ashraf al-Qidra, spokesman for the Palestinian Health Ministry, on Sunday, October 15. Recalling the weeks-long conflict almost a decade ago, the spokesman said during the 51-day attacks launched by Israel on Gaza, 2,322 Palestinians including women and children were killed and more than 12,000 others were injured.
