Indo-Pak War Victory Torch Reaches Naval Dockyard In Mumbai
India-Pakistan war victory flame arrived at Naval Dockyard in Mumbai on September 2. Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Vice Admiral R Hari Kumar received the 'Vijay Mashaal', commemorating 50 years of India's victory over Pakistan in 1971 war.
