India Has Always Supported Minorities In Afghanistan: Foreign Secretary

The United Nations Security Council, under the current Presidency of India, adopted a resolution on the situation in Afghanistan on August 30. Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla was chairing the UNSC meet in which the resolution was adopted. "India has always provided support to minorities in Afghanistan particularly Sikhs, Hindu minorities. It's an important part of our efforts to evacuate those Afghan nationals including minorities who want to leave Afghanistan," he said. (Video credit: ANI)
