World-known Indian classical sarod players Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and his sons Ayaan Ali Bangash and Amaan Ali Bangash participated during the #SaveOurSeniors telethon. Mr. Khan said that India is one of the few countries where senior citizens are greatly respected. It is the country where students are expected to surrender to their 'gurus', he said.
