In a clear and strong signal to China, for the first time India, Japan and America have begun a major naval war exercise in the Bay of Bengal. What makes this particularly significant is the three allies have brought together their biggest warships - 16 of them. And it's even more important because this massive show of strength and unity with allies comes at a time when India and China are in the midst of their most tense confrontation in 50 years. With this naval exercise, the message to China is loud and clear.
