In South Delhi, Gas Pipeline Catches Fire; No Casualties Reported

An explosion occurred this morning at a gas pipeline operated by the state-owned Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) in South Delhi. No casualties have been reported. "The explosion and the subsequent fire occurred when third-party contractors working for Delhi Metro dug up the area," GAIL officials said.
