Vigyan Bharati possibly the single largest science network of India and an organisation part of the Rashtriya Swamsewak Sangh or RSS is annoyed with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Office. The PMO, it says, played a role in the body not being felicitated with a special award by the hands of PM Modi at the inaugural function of the on-going Indian Science Congress that PM Modi inaugurated today in Mysuru.
