US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Kolkata today on a three-day visit to India, which is the last stop of her tri-nation South Asia tour that included trips to Beijing and Dhaka. She is expected to meet West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the Writers' Building on Monday.
