Ground report: Three years after Lanka war

Nearly three- and-a-half years ago, LTTE Chief V Prabhakaran was killed in Sri Lanka, bringing an end to the three-decade long insurgency for a separate Tamil homeland. LTTE strongholds Kilinochi and Muliathivu were devastated in the war. Aid and financial grants flowed into Northern Sri Lanka from India and several countries for reconstruction and rehabilitation. NDTV's Sudhi Ranjan Sen travelled to the war ravaged Northern Sri Lanka to find out how things stand today.
